Political and departmental correspondence to make Baitalpur a revenue village and village panchayat / बैतलपुर को राजस्व ग्राम एवं ग्राम पंचायत बनाने हेतु राजनैतिक एवं विभागीय पत्राचार.

बैतलपुर ग्राम विकास समिति बैतलपुर, अगस्त २०२२ में ग्राम बैतलपुर में चलाये गए, बैतलपुर बचाओ महा हस्ताक्षर अभियान के तहत, बैतलपुर ग्राम को राजस्व एवं ग्राम पंचायत का दर्जा प्रदान कराने हेतु आवेदन में, लगभग १२६८ मतदाताओं का हस्ताक्षर लिया गया और सम्बंधित प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों तथा राजनयिकों को दिया गया है। ज्ञात हो कि, देश के दलित, तिरस्कृत, बहिष्कृत व प्रताड़ित, कुष्ठ पीड़ित लोगों को समाज की मुख्यधारा में लाने का कार्य व सेवा करने के बावजूद देश की आजादी के बाद से ही, पिछले कई वर्षों से बैतलपुर, प्रशासनिक, राजनैतिक उपेक्षाओं का शिकार रहा है जिसके फलस्वरूप आज बैतलपुर के ग्रामवासी रोजी रोटी की तलाश में अपना घरबार छोड़ कर या बेचकर पलायन कर रहे हैं। इसका मुख्य कारण बिजली, पानी, गली, नाली, रोजगार, खेती, व्यवसाय एवं अन्य मूल संसाधनों का अभाव है। तथा इन विषमताओं और अभावों का मूल कारण, बैतलपुर का पांच राजस्व ग्रामों तथा तीन ग्राम पंचायतों पर विभक्त होकर आश्रित होना है जबकि बैतलपुर ही इन गाँवों के अलावा, आस पास के क्षेत्रों के गाँवों के लिए आजीविका, स्वास्थ्य, शिक्षा, परिवहन, रोजगार एवं व्यवसाय का प्रमुख केंद्र आज भी है। यही कारण है की बैतलपुर अब आत्मनिर्भर होना चाहता है, अपना विकास अपने हाथों से करना चाहता है, अपनी किस्मत खुद लिखना चाहता है। समिति व्दारा सारे पत्राचार पूर्ण कर लिए गए हैं और प्रथम चरण के रूप में माननीय जिलाधीश महोदय मुंगेली व्दारा, अनुविभागीय दण्डाधिकारी महोदय पथरिया के माध्यम से गठित दल व्दारा दिनांक 26-09-2022 को पांच राजस्व ग्राम, चन्दखुरी, घुठिया, झगरकांपा, दरूवन कांपा तथा मदकू के राजस्व भूमि के क्षेत्रफल व जनसंख्या की गणना कर, नजरी नक्शे का पंचनामा तैयार किया गया है । इसलिए बैतलपुर के लोग राजस्व ग्राम का दर्जा प्राप्त कर ग्राम पंचायत के रूप में अस्तित्व आना चाहते हैं और सरकारी प्रशासन के माध्यम से विकास करना चाहते हैं। Baitalpur Village Development Committee, Baitalpur, In August 2022, Village Baitalpur was run by,Under the Save Baitalpur wide Signature Campaign, In the application for grant of revenue and village panchayat status to Baitalpur village, the signatures of about 1268 voters were taken and given to the concerned administrative officers and diplomats. It is to be known that, despite the work and service of bringing the Dalit, despised, ostracized and oppressed people of the country into the mainstream of the society, since the independence of the country, Baitalpur, for the last many years, has been a victim of administrative, political neglect. As a result of which today the villagers of Baitalpur are migrating after leaving their homes or selling them in search of livelihood. The main reason for this is lack of electricity, water, street, drain, employment, agriculture, business and other basic resources. And the root cause of these disparities and shortages is to be divided on five revenue villages and three gram panchayats, whereas Baitalpur itself is dependent on livelihood, health, education, transport, employment and employment for the villages of the surrounding areas, apart from these villages. The main center of the public transportbusiness is still there today. This is the reason that Baitalpur now wants to be self-sufficient, wants to develop itself with its own hands, wants to write its own destiny. All the correspondence has been completed by the committee and as the first phase, five revenue villages, Chandkhuri, Ghuthia, Jhagarkampa, Daruvan Kampa on 26-09-2022 by the team formed by Hon'ble Collector Mungeli, Sub-Divisional Magistrate Sir Patharia And after calculating the area and population of the revenue land of Madaku, the panchnama of the vision map has been prepared. Therefore, the people of Baitalpur want to come into existence as a village panchayat by getting the status of revenue village and want to develop through government administration.
